Quotes
A GWhiz quote is valid for 30 days, or for the length of time defined on your quote. If your quote expires we will need to
refresh it for you. If you would like to proceed with your quote, a 50% deposit of the quote is required at the time of
acceptance. All quotes will state what service we will provide, as requested by you, and any additions or changes made
will be in addition to the quote price.

Invoices
Invoices will be sent to you at the time of completion and will state all deposits made, fees for any changes or additional
work carried out, and the balance outstanding. Payment is expected within seven (7) days from the date of the invoice.
Should payment in full not be received within that time GWhiz reserves the right to charge interest on any overdue
monies at the rate of 5% per calendar month. In the case of a website, GWhiz reserves the right to remove access to
your website should you default in payment (including hosting fee). Invoices can be paid by direct credit or cheque and
hosting fees in advance yearly by direct credit or cheque, or monthly by automatic payment.

Design & Print
In almost all cases a printed proof will be provided to you prior to going to print. GWhiz advises you to carefully check all
content including but not limited to, images, grammar, spelling, names, contact details, and placement as GWhiz holds
no responsibility or liability for any content errors after the proof has been accepted. GWhiz can offer the services of a
proof reader and this will be charged in addition to your accepted quote, if accepted. The quality of your printed proofs
may differ from the final printed product. For emailed proofs, the colours and overall quality will vary from the final printed
product.

GWhiz hosts its own website builds at a cost of $16.25 plus GST per calender month. Purchased domain names, on
your behalf, will be invoiced to you at the time of purchase with payment required within seven (7) days from the date of
the invoice. Non payment will result in termination of the domain name.
