Filled with passion and a never ending desire to do something different every day that excited the senses and engaged the mind, Amanda left her full
time position and created GWhiz.
Anyone who has ever done this will tell you that the road is rocky. Amanda overcame this by focusing on her clients. "It's much easier and less costly to retain a client than to go searching for a new one", says Amanda, so the focus has always been about keeping her clients feeling valued and appreciated. To do this she provides an outstanding service that fits her clients needs exactly right and believes heavily in communication. "Whether you are conveying good news, or not so good news, the client needs to know. They appreciate it and it doesn't leave them sitting there wondering where you have got to".
This focus has served GWhiz well. The client base is now New Zealand wide and continually growing. GWhiz is increasing in size and has recently had the pleasure of bringing on board two new valued staff members, both of whom share the same drive and passion as Amanda.
So with a small reshuffle in the job descriptions...
Amanda (the Manager) primarily focuses on the satisfaction levels of all GWhiz clients and is your key contact for spreadsheets builds.
Susan (Graphic Designer) is now your key contact for all graphic work.
Graham (Client Services) is who you'll most likely meet out and about, so if you see him and would like a no obligation friendly quote, stop him and pass on your requirements. He'd love to help.
